Sorry if I'm supposed to post this somewhere else, or if it has already been answered...I searched around for a while and didn't find anything to fix this problem:
I have a non ta-082 psp on 3.03 OE-B and I'm trying to run the map this! version thats made for the sony gps (I'm expecting it any day now, it shipped on 1/12). I'm assuming the problem involves the usb prx files...The program freezes at the very first screen where it says "Loading USB Accessory module..." and the psp just shuts off. Well, these are all of the things I have changed/switched around to try to fix this, with no success (I've tried almost every combination possible of these changes):
-Tried both kernel modes (changed setting in recovery mode)
-Tried both /GAME and /GAME303
-Tried using both needed prx's from the green-screen prog
-Tried both decrypted prx's from 3.03 FW ( w/ and w/o sigcheck)
-Tried usbacc prx from greenscreen, usbgps prx decrypted from 3.03 FW
-Tried no prx's -> game me an error, but didnt shut down the psp
-Tried version .4 of mapthis -> works fine
-Wifi switch is off
-UMD is in slot
-In recovery mode-> configuration, all region free stuff is disabled
-> I am baffled, please help

upgrading to 3.03 OE-C fixed it.
