I can Only help Give people ideas on how to make this... not much else. Only because I can't figure out how to make homebrew myself...:confused:

My Main Idea Is for the homebrew devs to make
a version similer to the original but mabye better (more Guns and charactors, violance, ect also let noobs like me and others able to make guns and charactor skins, You know to customize it the way we like it.) If You decide on doing this, thanks. If not then thanks for reading this...

Not to be a dick, but ideas don't get anywhere. www.psp-programming.com has some good tutorials to get you started on making homebrew on your own.

Unless you're willing to pay coders to make this, it aint getting done unless you get your feet wet first.

yeah F9zDark is right, ideas are great and all, but if you would like a game made its usually a better idea for you to find and use the source code to a game.
