Just three months ago, we reported how Windows 7 had finally overtaken Windows XP (http://apple.slashdot.org/story/12/09/03/1229247/windows-7-overtakes-xp-osx-struggles-to-beat-vista) in terms of market share. Now it's time to see how long it takes Windows 8 to succeed its predecessors.
