im not too sure about the link atm, but i run 3.03 OE-C and i can personally confirm that irshell works. Make sure to place the appropriate folders in the appropriate places. It may seem obvious, but the folders must be in specific places on the ms, most under the root. If you knew that, then ignore this bit.

and anyone is free to correct any spelling errors. English is my first language, but spelling was never my best aspect.
