Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas - the third GTA game released on PS2 - will arrive on the US PlayStation Store for PS3 this Tuesday.

Vice City was, however, released on the iTunes app store (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/382378/gta-vice-city-hits-ios-android-version-held-up/) for iOS devices on December 6, and will be out on Android devices soon.
The latest game in the GTA series, Grand Theft Auto 5 (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/xbox-360/action/11195/grand-theft-auto-v/), will be released in the spring of 2013.
