Despite recent delays of the European PSP launch, and industry suggestions that hardware component shortages and launches elsewhere in the world would leave the UK high and dry, it appears the machine will hit its June date after all.
Ubisoft's fresh release schedule puts PSP titles Lumines and Star Wars Episode III Revenge of the Sith at Q2, which suggests the machine itself will be out by the end of June, at the latest. This backs up recent rumours and what we've been told by numerous inside sources.
Web retailer Amazon currently places the release date at 24 June on its pre-order page and, while this page's release information has been adjusted before and is therefore by no means a solid indication, it is a more likely date than any other, given that other sources are starting to push in the same direction.
