Microsoft says it has resolved an issue which resulted in a number of Halo 4 (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/338369/previews/halo-4-first-look-at-343s-dramatically-different-halo/)being unjustly banned from accessing some parts of the game's online component.

"All players accounts impacted are working as normal. For more information, please go to the Halo Waypoint forums here (https://forums.halowaypoint.com/yaf_postsm2056047_The-Official-Halo-4-Ban-Thread.aspx#post2056047)."
The bans were believed to somehow be linked to the recent release of Halo 4 DLC (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/382983/halo-4-crimson-map-pack-dlc-out-now/) the Crimson Map Pack.
