Great idea for next custom fw

I'm not sure if this is possible but would it be possible to make it so that instead of only auto-loading eboots from game/boot/eboot or whatver it loads any file, that way when you disable SCE logo and it loads up a movie file you put in there, its just like having your own custom intro, but without having to turn videos into eboots.

odd idea, but sounds cool. I think that the only thing that could cause another revolution like Dark_Alex caused would be if he added an N64 emulator to a custom firmware, as it is extremely obvious now that he can if he wishes to.

The ability to redirect the coldboot video would be great (if its not already possible) or completely move the web browser and all needed files to the memory stick and load it via a plugin.

I know cintro but you need to turn the videos into eboots w/ an illegal program
