A new Beats of Rage mod has been released by AxelBlazeAdam, heres what Atrkid posted at Gamikaze:
Rage of the Streets is an attempt to create a new Streets of Rage game, using OpenBor!
This mod is excellent, and really feels like a proper game on its own!
Try it!

5 playable characters + some hidden ones
9 levels
28 different enemies
Boss Attack mode
Features characters from all 3 Streets of Rage Games
Music from all 3 games including some remixes
