Family Guy Online (http://massively.joystiq.com/tag/family-Guy-Online/) is closing down for good on January 18 – and really, it probably is for good (http://massively.joystiq.com/2012/07/29/rise-and-shiny-family-guy-online/). Family Guy Online, an interactive, quasi-MMO, microtransactional world, never made it out of open beta, meaning it's getting the shut-down before ever getting the go-ahead.
