What is the best program do make 3d maps and 3d models and textures for DS?

C'mon does anybody know?

Some Info about the project we working on:

We've got 100+ pages... of concepts for a 3D FPS (Codename: Project Future).
Every character, enemy, allies are designed already,
The weapons and vehicles are almost done.
The muliplayer is being planned carefully.
The achitecture I've designed looks amazing.

We have 10 people working on this game.

Well it is for me, we don't wont to do the work all over again, if the program is no good for the DS.

Hm that sounds cool, I don't know of any programs to use though, perhaps you could try getting in touch with the person who is porting quake or another developer who has used 3D stuff in their games, the maker of "Whee!" maybe
