Vista transformation pack help...

Im using http://www.windowsxlive.net/?page_id=15 and when i went to transform i got a "m using a vista transformation pack and i go to run it and i got Files that are required for Windows to run properly have been replaced by unrecognized versions. To maintain sysytem stability Windows must restore the orginal versions of these files.

You ignore it. The transformation pack is what has replaced those original files with modified ones.
