PSP Video Format Programs

I know there is a Video Program out that will alow you to change the formats of the video files on your computer to ones that will owkr on you PSP, But I forget what its called and whre to find it would anyone be willing to help me?

PSP VIDEO 9 or 3GP Converter, both of them are free.
