"We have been exploring the options here and what we can legally do.
"We will have more information on this when we understand the issues fully and how we are moving forward, but don't worry, any cost associated with it doesn't worry us, this is something we want to do."
The news follows Warner Bros. submission for Mortal Kombat: Komplete Edition (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/386509/mortal-kombat-resubmitted-for-classification-in-australia/) in Australia, following the original edition's ban upon release in 2011. Under the new guidelines - and with the new classification - it's possible that previously banned titles will be acceptable.
Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/386059/australias-first-r18-game-is-ninja-gaiden-3-razors-edge/) was the first game to be rated R18+ in Australia.
