RPG hit Persona 4 Golden will be released digitally BEFORE it goes on sale at retail.
NIS America’s game will be released at UK retail on February 22nd, although Vita owners will now be able to download the title from PSN from February 20th.
It is becoming increasingly common for games to launch concurrently at both retail and for download, but this move is an example of consumers being given an increased incentive to download their games.
The game has been a big hit not only in Japan but also in the US. It currently boasts a very impressive 94 per cent review average (http://www.metacritic.com/game/playstation-vita/persona-4-golden) on Metacritic.
