There'll be no such reservation as of February 6th, when the carrier starts offering a wide array of Windows Phone 8 devices. HTC's Windows Phone 8X (http://www.engadget.com/2012/10/29/htc-8x-review-windows-phone-8s-compact-flagship/) and 8S (http://www.engadget.com/2012/12/20/htc-8s-review/) will ship in subdued colors, while the (partlyexpected (http://www.engadget.com/2013/01/31/nokia-lumia-620-pricing/)) Lumia 620 (http://www.engadget.com/2012/12/06/nokia-lumia-620-hands-on-249-for-windows-phone-8/), 820 (http://www.engadget.com/2012/11/12/nokia-lumia-820-review/) and 920 (http://www.engadget.com/2012/11/02/nokia-lumia-920-review/) will be available in livelier hues. We've yet to hear about pricing -- and there's no mention of Samsung's ATIV S (http://www.engadget.com/2012/12/19/samsung-ativ-s-review/), for completists -- but the launch remains good news for UK residents who want to try Microsoft's approach to smartphones without leaving the Red Dot network.
