TA82 FW2.81 downgradable?

I recently got another psp in my hands. I found at a BK just sitting there, and no one around i figured it was a gift from karma or something well anyway its a TA82 and it has firmware 2.81 is there anyway i can downgrade this thing or upgrade then downgrade?

Yep, you can with the 3.03 downgrader.
You will need an original, unpatched, copy of GTA: Liberty City Stories (the one with the 2.0 update on the UMD) to perform the downgrade.
