iOS 6.1.3 Beta 2 Patches evasi0n Jailbreak

Apple released iOS 6.1.3 beta 2 to developers, patching at least one of the vulnerabilities (http://www.paritynews.com/software/item/700-apple-patches-atleast-one-vulnerability-used-by-evasi0n-in-ios-613-beta-2-jailbreak-rendered-useless) used by evasi0n thereby rendering the jailbreak tool useless — the time zone settings vulnerability. David Wang aka @planetbeing, has confirmed (http://www.forbes.com/sites/andygreenberg/2013/02/25/apple-is-beta-testing-a-fix-for-evasi0n-jailbreak/) that iOS 6.1.3 beta 2 does patch one of the vulnerabilities that they exploited in their evasi0n tool.
