4.106 changes:

Pause now work better.
Now all process possibly set to pause.
Fixed bugs with multiple file encoding.
VirtualDub removed.
THM now created much faster.
.WAV sound now extracted without VirtualDub help.
THM Creator now can create pictures from custom frame.
