Don't know if this is the right place to ask but figured it couldn't hurt. I succesfully downgraded my psp to 1.50. However for some reason now I can't copy anything to the memory card through USB. Everytime I try it doesn't take up any space, I'll leave USB Mode, go back in, and the files I put up there just aren't there.

There is still over 900mb of free space on the card. I've tried powering off/on the PSP. Popping the Memory card out then back in.

Any help is appreciated.

Is the card real. Have you tried using Memory card reader instead

Yes the card is real.

Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo.

I have not tried using a memory card reader yet as I don't have one. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you mean here.

Were did you buy the card from.

They can still be fake if they are Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo.

There are alot of fake cards around

My apologies. I seem to have figured it out. It didn't even occur to me that it may have been some sort of incompatibility between Ubuntu and the PSP 1.50 firmware, as it worked fine under 2.71. I switched to my XP machine and it is working fine now. Rather odd.

I have heard of a problem like that before. Glad you got it working
