ok Ive been trying to figure out if my 360 console is NTSC-J or NTSC-U. how can i tell which it is? thanks in advance

NTSC-U is american; NTSC-J is japanese.

picked it up on ebay. is there any physical markings or labels (ie: numbers or letters) on the actual 360 that say its region. i just borrowed lego star wars 2 and its not working in my 360 and it says its compatible with NTSC-U consoles which i think i have. on the 360 box it has B4J-00001, does this mean its a NTSC-J? I emailed M$ and they couldnt answer me either so hopefully someone knows.
