Using 3DO or Sega Genesis controller on PC?

hi all,
Is there a way to use 3DO or Sega Genesis controller on PC without Using adaptors because the 3DO & Sega Genesis controller both uses Serial port?
So if there is a way to use 3DO or Sega Genesis controller please guide me.

There isn't. The plug may fit into a serial port, but it uses a completely different protocol. You need an adapter.

genesis controllers aren't serial, there exists schematics to connect it to the parallel port.
why don't you use a search engine, with just entering "genesis controller pinout" I found this page with a schema and a windows driver :
