help plz

i have a 1.5 and i want 2 put 3.03OE-C on it but when i dl it off the internet and unzip it. it had came up as too eboot files not in a folder and i dont know how 2 put it on the psp. i know its supposed to go in the game section but am i supposed 2 make a folder in the game section and drop them off in there and if yes wats i have 2 name the folder in the psp:confused: :confused: :confused:

Here is the read me from 3.03oe-c it gives full details on what to do i would post the firmwares here but dont know if i can (mods if i can let me know) hope this helps.
