RiceVideo Git (2013/04/06) is compiled. RiceVideo is an open source video graphic plugin for N64 emulators. All windows-based emulators with plugin support (1964, Project64, Mupen64plus).

* [~] Fix vertex clipper from incorrectly handling clipping vertices's that are still on the screen. This usually ended up with the textures randomly warping when you got a certain distance to them as they attempted to remap themselves to an oddly clipped vertex
