Samsung is something of a specialist when it comes to creating devices on the large side. The 4.8-inch screen on its best-selling Galaxy S III was increased to five-inches on the Galaxy S4, while its sister Note II handset sports 5.5-inches.
With what seems to be an insatiable appetite for girth, Samsung is thought to be working on a 6.3-inch phablet, according to ET News. (http://english.etnews.com/electronics/2746820_1303.html)
Codenamed 'Project Möbius,' the phablet (phone and tablet hybrid) could land in June, and is expected to feature a dual-core processor, 2MP full-HD front-facing camera and an 8MP rear camera.
A spokesperson from Samsung's mobile communications division, said: "As of now, smartphones and smart pads are separate gadgets, but the two will converge into one product under Project Möbius."
