Runner2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien - Gaijin Games' follow-up to Bit.Trip Runner - is due out on the European Wii U eShop on 11th April, the developer announced on its Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151614460392160&set=a.105682787159.114415.94061592159&type=1).It came out in February on XBLA, PC and the North American Wii U eShop and PSN. The PC version costs £11.99, so presumably the Wii U one will cost the same, or thereabouts. Vita and iOS versions are due this summer, and the EU PSN version is still to be dated. Our Simon Parkin quite liked Gaijin's latest rhythmic auto-runner. "Its true treasure is to be found in the marriage of rhythm and platforming - an inventive concoction shrouded in the guise of a plain auto-runner," said Parkin in his 8/10 Runner2 review (http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2013-03-01-bit-trip-presents-runner2-future-legend-of-rhythm-alien-review). "Future Legend of Rhythm Alien may be a pre-emptively boastful title, but in its quiet, unassuming way, Gaijin Games has once again struck gold."
