It will feature a new naval system, which “fills in the gaps between ironclads and dreadnoughts,” and customizable newspapers for keeping up with happenings among the colonies.Paradox is known for its take on in-depth strategy games, as their are most well-known for Crusader Kings II and the Europa Universalis series.Victoria II: Heart of Darkness will set you back $19.99, and requires both Victoria II and its first expansion, A House Divided, to play
