Custom made fonts

Does anybody here know how to make their own font, and for it to work on a psp.

I have already made images with the letters i just need a program that will work to make them psp compatible.

(if there is such a program)

its just the same program for making a normal font.

EDIT: never mind that. how do you convert a ttf to pgf???
