how do you make your own XMB custom backrounds and icons?

I have the dark alex custom 3.10 OE-A Firmware and i wanted If i could do this and how i can do this.

You CANNOT yet have topmenu icons in 3.10 OE-c

Everything else you caqn do though i believe.

Get the files you want, put them into your flash. (use a program if you must, but i really recommend doing it yourself)

were do i get the files? And i dont have 3.10 OE-C I have OE-A'

It was a typo.

You can't change topmenu's in 3.10 oe.

you can do custom waves and stuff though.
