The latest "tourism" trailer for Animal Crossing: New Leaf (http://joystiq.com/game/animal-crossing-new-leaf) shows potential new mayors some of the shopping options available in the latest game. For the first time, you can actually choose how you'd like your house to be renovated, instead of having Tom Nook demolish your house based on his own assumptions.
The result is the same, however: You owe Tom Nook crazy Bells.
