Nintendo's Hiro Yamada has told ONM (http://www.officialnintendomagazine.co.uk/49137/nintendo-hope-to-introduce-retros-new-wii-u-game-in-not-so-distant-future/) that the platform holder hopes to reveal Retro Studios' next game soon.http://cdn.medialib.computerandvideogames.com/screens/dir_3010/image_301040_thumb_wide300.jpg (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/viewer.php?mode=article&id=301040)
Yamada, who is supervising Monster Games as it works on a 3DS remake of Retro's Donkey Kong Country Returns, teased: "I wonder what kind of game it is? I hope to introduce it to you in the not so distant future."Last September, Nintendo of America bossReggie Fils-Aime said (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/370581/wii-u-miyamoto-and-retro-studios-building-fantastic-projects/) that the Metroid Prime studio is working on a "fantastic project" for Wii U.And in December 2011, Nintendo's Shigeru Miyamoto said of Retro (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/329730/retro-could-collaborate-on-a-zelda-game-says-miyamoto/), which most recently worked with the platform holder on Mario Kart 7: "As you know, we have already collaborated with Retro for the Metroid Prime series in the past. And I think when we talk about any other franchise, Zelda might be a possible franchise for that collaboration."
