What hardware do I need to buy to be able to play homebrew and back-ups of my DS games?

you need one of the following
max media dock
supercard
m3
r4
games n music
each one is a game cartridge that you just add files to max media dock for example is a gba cartridge and a ds cartridge that work together to play homebrew

I was just wondering, What is the best ds lite card or flash cart out there that will let me do absolutley anything with my ds
E.g
run the ipod thingy
run the mac os 7.5 and the web browser hacks
Id also like to run my backups and or roms( there the same things right..?)
homebrew is a must but money is no object
( my bday is coming up soon and i have 100 quid saved)
