NIGathan (http://www.psp-hacks.com/forums/post-816433.html#p816433) has released a new version of his paint app for the PSP


NPaint v0.9 changes:

Now loaded images are editable.
Added the support for templates (see template section).
No need to restart to edit newly saved images.
Changed some controls
