Xbox Evolution today has a Zipfile containing 260 games demos and apps for the Super Nintendo which can be played via any of the Snes emulators or even via hardware if you posess that ability.

off topic but when you say 'via hardware' it reminded me of a way of hooking up a CD-ROM drive to a SNES to play homebrew roms, does anyone have info or a tut on this? i heard of it a couple months ago.

GBAx.com (http://www.gbax.com/main.pl) have flash carts for the Super Nintendo. ;)

The CDROM drive for SNES you've read about (it's been a co-production between Sony and Nintendo) was never released as it was originally planned. Its name was "PlayStation" (no joke) ...

christ, i know that about the origins of PlayStation, what self-respecting ninty fan doesnt :p

But this is a mod, you take a standard cart to use as a connector and make an interface and then hook it up to a cd drive then using a certain program to burn the roms the discs will read.
