either it doesnt work on 3.52m33-4 or i just suck and am not meant to apply a theme

YES, I openly admit I am NOOB and I do not understand very well the proper usage/instalation of the XMB ICONS/Themes onto the PSP.

I really looked for information before asking, but yet is NOT comprehensible; some people warn about them due requieres Flashing.... some people speak like is as simple as breathing.....

Can somebody send me a PM or post a guideline or website to find a comprehensive way to handle this applications?.
