Nintendo usually holds off announcing its Virtual Console updates until after the games go live, but Sega has jumped the gun and revealed its treats planned for early next month.

Sonic Spinball, a Sonic-based pinball game, Vectorman, a 2D action platformer and The Story of Thor, an adventure game also known as Beyond Oasis in the US, will all be made available on the Mega Drive section of the Virtual Console, each going for 800 Wii Points.

Meanwhile, UK Wii owners have their next VC update to look forward to this Friday.

Haven't played all of them games but I'd say it's a pretty poor line up.

poor line up? Then why The Story of Thor and Vectorman were successful?

I was just about to retract that comment I made. Just found out how good Vectorman was back then. The Story of Thor does sound interesting...
