help with 3.03 0e-c homebrew

im trying to run snes9x tyl .042me on3.03 oe-c and i put it on the game folder when im in 1.5 kernel and all it shows up as is corrupted data, what am i doing wrong?

You have to stick the folder thats has the eboot in it as soon as you open it up inside the GAME folder :)
