HELP! No icons

I've just used ThemePSP 1.02 to change my theme to "pimp my psp" and now when i turn on my psp it comes up with a green (default) background and there aren't any icons coming up, at all.

I've tried going to recovery mode and running MS:/PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP (1.5 update) to go down to 1.5 but nothing happens.

Can anyone help?

How can i update though.
As i said the Recovery mode is no help and i can't do anyhting normally

Go to 'toggle usb' in the recovery mode.
Connect your psp to a computer.
Download a recovery pack from here a follow the instructions:
