2.82 Firmware Downgrader

My friend has a Psp on Firmware 2.82

Could someone kindly link me to a good downgrader for this firmware

There is no downgrader for 2.82 directly, but you can just upgrade to 3.03 and the use the 3.03-downgrader. But unfortunately you need an unpatched copy of gta liberty-city stories to run the downgrader.

no downgrader available. there is a downgrader for 3.03 though. so first off, upgrade to 3.03

if you or your friend own the game GTA LCS. look at the update on the disk. if it is update 2.00 then you have the correct game. lets see if you get that far

sure, but this is most likely a patched copy. But perhaps you can find an unpatched copy somewhere (borrow from a friend, game rental, ebay etc.)

GTA Liberty City stories (unpatched) has a bug that lets you run unsigned code (homebrew), in the patched version they corrected this bug...
