His original infractions were deserved (and I even went easy on him by giving a warning instead of an infraction for one of the places). Once I had proof =Trojan= was him, I PM'd him and asked him if he was himself (splodger) and if he would have confessed and stopped using the name he could have just waited the one more week for his ban to be up. Instead he chose to lie to me and claim to know nothing about being splodger. Ban evasion is a bannable offense. If someone breaks the rules without regard or remorse, I don't see how it's the mod that doles out the infraction being cold.

In summary, splodger was give a LOT of leeway, and he spat on it each time. Now he has lost the right to staff sympathy.

Also, Wii's are hard to find these days, but you can either take a chance on ebay or wait until shops get more.

I have looked in quite a number of stores and they were sold out of Wii consoles and many of them didn't have a clue as to when they would recieve another delivery of them from Nintendo.
