My computer has some problems. It doesn't show background colors of webpages and some apps

Why don't my stuff work?

opera and netscape are the only browser's on my comp that show background colors

Get at least a 256 MB card.

its a sh*tty computer. it cant handle more than a 128 MB card. and why do I need to upgrade if evrything shows up on Opera?
