MS_ROOT is an abbreviation of the root of the memory stick. Substitute MS_ROOT for the drive letter of your PSP. Like my drive letter is X. Yours is probably E or F.

Inside MS_ROOT is a psp folder. Just stick that in instead of your old one.

Back up everything on your memory stickand thn put the psp folder in. Put the already backed up data into the right placae when you have finished downgrading.

Why the hell 3.02OE?

The current ones are -

3.03OE - Customizable XMB
and
3.10OE - Good pops but non-customizable XMB

3.02OE is old news buddy, no advantage to having that over these two.
