Microsoft put some money into this so they could it first on there console from what i heard or something along that line.

The game will release simultaneously for both PS3 and 360.

I've heard there will be exclusive downloadable content for both systems that won't be available on the other...

No need to buy a ps3 when you can buy the 360 and still get this game while still having enough to buy 2 more games. Im definately going to get this because of the sole reason it's taking place in NYC and I live here. I hope they did the bronx, it would be cool how close they can get the Bronx to look as much as the real Vronx.

freekin awesome! I liked how they used Philip Glass' Koyanasqatsi music aswell, with the timelapsed movie.... That was just wicked... (realy only for the people that have seen Koyanasqatsi though...)

Well it's certainly modern-erific. I hope they'll add something cool and new to the 3D Grand Theft Auto series rather than just making a nice-looking GTA game with the same messed-up crap of the old games.

This is simply fantastic looking. I knew they wouldnt dissapoint except for hearing that xbox is getting it right away... I wonder if buildings will be accessable. I personally hope they did not change much, why change what works? Of course there going back to the original city, its the city that put the game on the map and everyone knows it so why would you not want to see it all done up with some of the best graphics out there! They better stick to that date though because it is a sure win for them if they do. Having a game look this good with all that everone is expecting will be a first for the systems giving them a great advantage in sales, but if they push it back it may give other games time to catch up that will make this game not look so great by the time it gets out. Ive seen that happen way to much...

I've never been a fan of gta games, I liked them but always felt they were not worth the hype

I am going to get this for sure....but why the hell are they doin liberty city again? why not chicago. or maybe New Orleans. Then you can add in the bayou and have more voodoo culture, make it have a different feel for once. Or I don't know, maybe a canadian city. GTA...surrey BC. car theft capital. :)

Sure, but this is a trailer, not a gameplay movie...

what a great choice to include new york, the capital of the world, the best city in the world and quite honestly the most exclusive state in the world what could be better...forget platnium this game is gonna go diamond!!:thumbup:

and for the choise of system to play that game: so far all the game released on both system are looking and playing better on the 360. (except maybe oblivion)...

re5 have already been confirmed for the 360 ...mgs4 well is the next one on microsoft list :) but i bet sony will do anything to save this exclusive to the ps3

Well I've kinda grown out of GTA, but ya just gotta dig the Koyaanisqatsi homage. That is seriously obscure at this point. Looks nice, I hope the stories grown up with the graphics.

only thing the ps3 will ever have on 360 is MGS4 which rumors say is coming to the 360. I'm suprised less of you know about GTA4...Last year at E3 it was confirmed to be coming to the 360 FIRST and with exclusive episodic content that the ps3 would NOT have...So dunno why people think they need a ps3 for this...

Why would anyone buy a crappy machine (X-box 360), which even isn't a console in the right sense of the word (every game that is on it is on a PC also). And I think that it will look better on a PS3, because of a better hardware. Peace!
