Divineo USA (http://www.divineo.com/php/affstart.php?affcode=arboretum&prod=dd-wi-wkclo) have just posted on their website for sale a Wiikey clone, heres what they say:

Perfect clone of the wiikey chip, with all the same features than the original, at a lower price. This clone use the same chip, the same capacitors, the same resistance, the same pcb and the same soft.
Personally id stick to the original version of the modchip but each to their own.
