I listen to Lamb of God, These songs to be exact:

Laid to Rest
Ruin
Black Label
11th Hour
Blood Junkie
Redneck
Pathetic
What I've became
Faded Line
Laid to Rest

And heres a recommendation for songs very much like them, from artist "As I lay Dying":

The Beginning
The Darkest Nights
Confined
Reinvention

Believe me, those songs ROCK! :D

For an extremely awesome band, look up At the Gates. They are probably the closest you'll get to Lamb of God.

Trivium :) Not the new emo'ey crusade.

Have a listen to ascendeny and ember to inferno.

If you are a L.O.G fan, you should like them. Also give things like kreator, chimera etc. a go too.

Lamb of God is alright from what I've heard of theirs. I have some friends that are huge fans of them.

They're not bad on CD, but are extremely boring live. I saw them two years ago with Machine Head (who RULE, but were opening and only got to play four songs), and left three songs into their set. I really only went to see Machine Head anyway...

Some suggestions:

Napalm Death (my favorite band)
At The Gates
Carcass
(the above two are consistantly RIPPED OFF by all of these new-jack "Gothenburg Sound" bands).

Arch Enemy
The Haunted (first two cds anyway)
Machine ****ing Head (their new album CRUSHES)
Eyehategod
Corrosion Of Conformity
Spiritual Beggars
Sepultura (new and old... avoid Soulfly... they SUCK)
Slipknot (of course)
Cathedral
Strapping Young Lad
The Hidden Hand
Saint Vitus
Dillinger Escape Plan
and many, many more non-metalcore, non-me-too-sounding bands...

At the Gates never got the recognition they deserved. I believe that is why they lasted only 6 years...

Not to mention, they pretty much accomplished all they could with Slaughter Of The Soul. How could it get any better than that? :)

I saw them on that tour with Napalm Death, July 4, 1996. It's a memory that'll never leave me...

Lamb of god is a pretty sweet band. Some of their riffs get you going when you play them. But their singer is a freaking idiot. Watch their tour dvd.

Personally I think Shadows Fall is better.

In Flames are awesome, and I love Trivium, but their new album does suck, the songs are annoying and stupid. ( Break every bone in your face, if you mess with my life, i'll mess with your blood) seriously wtf
