how to install devhook 0.52 the right way

hi guys... some of u may have known, few hours ago i was in a panic mode when i almost brick my precious.. i've now got it running again, as adviced, i'm on 3.03 oe-c firmware.

Can i please have a some guide on how to install devhook 0.52 on my psp ? i dont want to brick my precious again.

that is for 3.11 firmware isnt it ? will it work for 3.03 ? or do i have to upgrade to 3.11

Devhook is, effectively, a psp emulator. It emulates a firmware higher than 1.50 so you can run umds through it. You use it while on a low firmware so you can have the advantageof the higher firmwares and use homebrew. Therefore, there isn't much point in having it on an oe firmware unless your on 3.03 oe and want to emulate 3.11 (which is what that is a guide for).

You have almost no need for devhook, 3.03 OE-C and above will do anything that you want to do... Only some games do not work.

Yes but iso talk is not allowed here at DCEmu.

I am running devhook in 3.03oe-c purely cos ratchet and clank wont play online through custom firmware
