flash0 disk full... what should i do

hi guys... i was trying to install this them, call black and white theme from here (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=57354) very nice theme, but half way through the process, i was prompted with a flash0 disk full. after reading some help files i google, i came across an advice on using flash agent. how do i go about installing this ?

am i going on the right track using this software ? anyone have any suggestion ?

Try Flash Agent, it has a Flash0 cleanup tool ;). It frees about 2.5 MB.
