SCEP-CheatMaster is somthing like SCEP-XMB, but it is designed for Game/Pop mode...
and now there is a cheat system you can use raw code...

Oh, I see...you don't like cheats, but you rather enjoy ruining other peoples game experience by cheating. Guess that makes you, what?....Hmmmmmm.... A CHEATER?!?!

Anyways, I admit I DO Cheat on my second time around a game I've already beaten 100% through....and I don't cheat online, cuz it's lacks true skill, it ain't fair to others and is downright whack.

This application looks and runs excellently on PSP...I think it might even give Cwcheat a run for it's money.

...Still no decent Readme included, but if you scroll down the page and read you'll probably be able to work it out like I did....It's pretty simple really.
