Need EU WipEout download packs...

I got an import EU WipEout Pure game (it has game sharing and stuff like that), but since I am in the US, I can't get the ON LINE option in the menu (it's DOWNLOAD in the US version) to work; it just brings me to the PlayStation website, which is no good for me. So can anyone get me a site that has the European WipEout download packs?

you used to be able to download them from the EU PSP Site, probably still can.

Just checked, you need an account, but its all there.
