What CAN be customized in 3.10 OE?

I know that the topmenu_plugin.rco cant be customized (except with the new hacked version which is still a bit buggy) but I´d like to know if the wave, font, etc. can be customized in 3.10 OE.

I've pretty much customized it all. It's just easier and more common with 3.03 oe-c. Well, except for the wave, i don't care about that.
